🎓 கல்வித் தகுதி (Eligibility)

Graduate Apprentice (Engineering)

• தொடர்புடைய துறையில் BE / B.Tech
• Minimum 65% அல்லது CGPA 6.84/10
• Course duration-க்குள் graduation முடித்திருக்க வேண்டும்

Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering)

• BA / B.Sc / B.Com
• Minimum 60% அல்லது CGPA 6.32/10

Technician Apprentice

• தொடர்புடைய துறையில் Diploma (First Class)

📌 Year of Passing: 2021 / 2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025 முடித்தவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.
❌ 1 வருடம் அல்லது அதற்கு மேல் job experience இருந்தால் eligible இல்லை
❌ Ex-apprentices eligible இல்லை

🎂 வயது வரம்பு (20.12.2025 기준)

• Graduate (Engg & Non-Engg): Max 28 years
• Technician: Max 35 years
• SC/ST: +5 years, OBC: +3 years (Govt rules)
• PWD: Govt விதிமுறைப்படி தளர்வு

💰 Stipend (மாத ஊதியம்)

• Graduate Apprentice: ₹9,000/-
• Technician Apprentice: ₹8,000/-

📌 குறிப்பு: சில Apprenticeship திட்டங்களில் stipend-ன் ஒரு பகுதி நிறுவனம் + மீதி BOAT/DBT வழியாக வழங்கப்படும் (அறிவிப்பில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட விதிமுறைகள் பொருந்தும்).

✅ Qualifying Exam-ல் பெற்ற Highest Marks அடிப்படையில் Merit தயாரித்து தேர்வு செய்யப்படும்.
Walk-in நாளில் documents verification நடைபெறும்.

📝 எப்படி விண்ணப்பிப்பது? (Walk-in Steps)

1. IPRC Website-ல் Careers / Recruitment பகுதியில் இருந்து Application Form download செய்யவும்.
2. Form-ஐ neat-ஆ பூர்த்தி செய்யவும்.
3. Self-attested copies இணைக்கவும்:
   • DOB proof
   • Degree/Diploma & Marksheets
   • Community / Reservation certificate (இருப்பின்)
   • Experience certificate (இருந்தால்—ஆனால் 1+ year இருந்தால் eligible இல்லை)
4. Walk-in நாளில் கீழ்கண்டவை கட்டாயம் கொண்டு செல்லவும்:
   • Filled Application Form
   • Original certificates + copies
   • Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID etc.)
