Job Name: MoFPI-NIFTEM Thanjavur- Team Leader, Consultant, Young Professionals(IT)

Qualification: Team Leader- MBA/ Master’s degree in Public Administration or Rural Development or PGDM with specialization in Agri/Food Business or Rural Management /from National/ International reputed University/ Institute.

Experience: More than 10 years of experience in managing development projects. preferably in Food Processing or AgriBusiness Development or Rural Development or MSME, out of which 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Age: 50- years max. Consultant: Master’s degree in Food Technology/ Food Engineering from reputed National/ International University/ Institute;

Desirable: PhD in the design and development of Food process/ Equipment or New Product.

Experience: More than 5 years of experience in providing consultancy services or working in FPI (preferably to Micro Enterprises) for technology upgradation, new product development, quality assurance

Age: 40- years max.

Young Professionals (IT): – MCA or M. E/ M. Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science from reputed National/ International University/ Institute Must be proficient in PHP, Joomla, MySQL, CSS, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, XML

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience

Age: 35- years max

Scale:

Team Leader : 1,75,000/-

Consultant : 1,10,000/-

Young Professionals(IT) :60,000/-

An online written exam followed by online interview, will be conducted for the eligible candidates. The appointment will be on a contract basis with a probation of 6 months. The performance of the appointed person will be evaluated every year of extension.
